Profile London

Profile’s London office was founded in 1978 in response to a growing number of recruitment enquiries from industry colleagues. Thirty years on, we now handle an almost equal mix of UK and overseas assignments and our clients range from the world's most renowned independent hotels to the majority of top global hotel brands.

The London office consists of a team of consultants and administrative staff, each with his or her own area of expertise. Culturally, we have a very hands-on and highly interactive way of working and one of our Directors will always be involved in each recruitment assignment. All members of the consultancy team possess proven track records of success in their careers within the hospitality industry.  This, in turn, has proven invaluable for understanding and empathising with the needs of our clients and candidates.

Latest developments in web-based computer systems enable the London Team to work in real-time with their colleagues in Paris, Shanghai and New York or remotely from literally all over the world. We also spend a great deal of time and resources ‘on the road’ trying to meet as many of our clients and candidates as possible. This year, 2008, is no exception – especially as we’re travelling to most continents to promote our 30th anniversary celebrations!
